Having adequate exposure in State Level Budgeting Processes, Sector level Planning and Evaluation with adequate knowledge in Accounting Procedures along with strong administrative expertise as Director cum HOD  for more than 17 years. Served as Director of Information Technology in addition to the regular post of DES in a certain period. Served the Government  for 36 years and 6 months up to 30.06.2017 at various positions of Group C, B and A with good administrative records in Planning, Formulation, Execution and Evaluation process of various government proposals . As State Addl. Commissioner for Economic Censuses (4^th, 5^th and 6^th E.C)  Having adequate exposure in organizing National Level Censuses including Agriculture Censuses and Surveys.

Having obtained highest degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Gender Development (Determinants and differentials of Women Empowerment)after post graduation in Statistics. Possessing Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. Retired group A officer (Joint Secretary level) as well as  a life member of IIPA(Indian Institute of Public Administration),Life member of ISAS(Indian Society for Agricultural Statistics), Executive Committee member IARNIW(Indian Association for Research in National Income and Wealth), Life member CSI (Computer Society of India) . Life member ICAS (Indian Council for Astrological Sciences)Lions Club international association.
