Priyanka Anjoy is an Indian Statistical Service (ISS) officer of 2020 batch. Currently, she is posted as Deputy Director in National Accounts Division, Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation. She has an experience of working as Scientist in the field of Agricultural Statistics at Indian Council of Agricultural Research, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare.

In her present posting, she is handling the compilation of Quarterly, Advance and Provisional Estimation of Gross Domestic Product. She is looking after the compilation of Supply-Use Table. She is also associated with the work of International Comparison Programme, Blue Economy and Input-Output Transaction Table. The officer has an experience of working in the data of Household Consumer Expenditure Survey, All India Debt and Investment Survey, Periodic Labour Force Survey, Annual Survey of Industries and Annual Survey of Unincorporated Sector Enterprises. She has also handled daily and monthly prices data of various agricultural commodities for the purpose of forecasting using Machine Learning and Wavelet methods.

She has published more than 20 research papers in various journal of National and International repute. She has attended 6 national and International conferences held in India. The officer has been awarded with Gold Medals during B.Sc, M.Sc. as well as Ph.D. She is a recipient of Dr. RT Doshi Prize for a seminal paper on Poverty from the Agricultural Economics Research Association, India.
